- Sign up free — create your account and your company workspace is set up for you
- Add your knowledge base content — upload the documents and pages your AI agent should answer from
- Install the widget — paste one script tag into your website to make the chat bubble appear
- Invite your team — so human agents can take over conversations when the AI escalates
The free plan includes unlimited human live chat, so you can start answering visitors yourself before you ever turn the AI on.
